Jo, It sounds like a wonderful seminar and that it will help many consumers looking to buy. Best of luck with the presentation, I'm sure you'll have some fun with it as well.
Hi Jo,
Do you do these seminars yourself or do you invite speakers in with you. The first time buyers seminar has all but disappeared here but at one time it was a wonderful way to inform and build a following. We all should get to basics and do these again.
Jo - good luck with the seminar ... I know any one who attends should be pleased with what you offer.
Jo-Anne, Your seminar sounds great. I hope you get a good turn out. Sounds like a win-win event. The buyers get important information and you get to meet potential clients.
Jo,
Have you hosted these types of seminars before and do they work?
Brian
We have been going to do one of these seminars for a year now and yet have not - good luck to you!
Thank you Carole.
It's an excellent opportunity for first time buyers to gain in knowledge about the home buying process and at the same time meet some of the professionals in the real estate field and, perhaps, save money as well!
Jo
Hi William,
We have a home inspector, a CMHC representative, a lawyer and two mortgage reps giving presentations as well as Denise and myself.
Getting back to basics is always a good idea and it helps those new to the home buying process at the same time.
Jo
Thank you Kathy! First time buyers (or any buyers) who attend will be glad they did....
Jo
Hi Janice,
It's definitely an excellent opportunity for first time buyers.....
Thanks for stopping by!
Jo
Hi Brian,
Yes, I've held them before and they are an excellent way for first time buyers to become informed and possibly save money when they buy a home. It's also good for the professionals involved as they meet new people who they may be able to help during the home buying process.
Jo
Thank you Norma!
Jo, it sounds like you have a great line-up of presenters for your seminar!
Brian
Jo -- looks like a good seminar -- and nice line up of people to provide inofrmation. Hope it is a success for you. Know it will be for the buyers!
great collaborative event for all of you Jo! Hope you have a great turnout.
Sincerely,
Grace
Jo
Sounds like a very informative event. Buyers need this, and buyers need an agent like Jo Smith to take care of them.
Brian - They are definitely a great group of professionals and I recommend any one of them very highly.
Alexsandra - Thank you!
Grace and Jeff - Thanks kindly. ((-;
Tom - aww, thanks. (-;
Jo, good luck. I think it's beneficial for people to attend these - especially first time buyers.
They will be able to make a much more informed/educated purchase.
Hi Sylvie,
First time buyers learn so much from these seminars and it certainly helps them to make a more informed decision and possibly save money.
thank you for stopping by!

Jo - best wishes with the seminar. I have had good success with these. The last one I held the attendees were so engaged they stayed an hour longer.
Hi Jennifer,
I've had success with these in the past too. They're ideal for first time buyers!
