Hi Jo - I'd love to attend one of your home buying seminars to see how you do it since I am thinking of conducting similar seminars. How often do you hold them? Unfortunately, I would not be able to attend this offering since I have an early morning meeting the next day.

Marc, This will be the first one I've held in this area. I plan to hold them once a month as our office has a great room for seminars.
Brian, I believe it's hit or miss when it comes to seminars...definitely being organized is the major thing so that the people attending learn a lot and feel comfortable with the professionals involved.
