Spring has arrived in full force here in Oakville, Ontario.
Fruit trees are in bloom across the city with white and the most beautiful shades of crimson and pink blossoms I've ever seen.
The fact that I think the same thoughts every spring, has no bearing on it. Every spring seems like the most beautiful spring I've ever experienced.
Along with the blossoms come new generations of life, curious and fresh and happy just to be here.
Spring fever has caught up with the birds and the bees as creatures everywhere find a warm place in the sun to relax and relish in the return of another season filled with hope and renewal.

Jo,
I recognize this first Historic house. I just can't think of the name of the street at the moment.
Brian
Jo another set of lovely pictures. You make Oakville look very inviting.
Your photos are beautiful. That is SO neat that you took a photo of the baby birds. I was leaving a consultation on Sunday afternoon at Lakeshore and Burloak and I saw a Mother and Father Canada Goose and a few babies. That was the first time I had ever seen baby Canada Geese - I was really wishing that I could have taken some photos.
Brian,
I should have recorded the street names and house numbers while I was taking pictures...then I could look up the history of the house!

Thanks Janice!
Jo
Charlene,
Thank you!
These two are goslings from Coronation Park in Oakville....they're so adorable and inquisitive.

Jo - we woke up on Mothers Day to a snow covered lawn and today to everything covered in frost.
Barrie,
It was a cold weekend here too....and in the Quinte region, where we went to have brunch with my Mom and family for Mother's Day, it was even colder. Hopefully this week it will warm up.

Jo these are great photo for Feng shui partnership and Friendship :)
Someone there in the Greater Toronto area should go by the CN Tower and take some pictures of all the gorgeous tulips there. In fact, why have none of our Toronto area friends gone to the CN Tower and taken a picture looking down through the clear floor to the ground?
Carole,
Feel free to use them if you want. ((-;

Russel,
Good idea.....I'm in downtown Toronto quite regularly, however it's usually on a mission of one kind of another and I leave as soon as I've finished what I set out to do. Summer is different though, then there's more time and nice weather for sightseeing in Toronto (I live about 30 minutes away).
