Two Burlington Businesses Nominated for The Best of Canada 2012 Natural Health Awards!

They've done it AGAIN!  North Burlington is one of the BEST areas to live in Canada for many reasons and two of the reasons just got nominated for 'The Best of Canada 2012 Natural Health Awards' !

The Naked Sprout and Chrysalis Yoga, both award winning businesses in the local region, have now been nominated for the prestigious Best of Canada Natural Health Awards for 2012. With many awards already to their credit, these two health promoting businesses just keep giving and giving to the community and the world around them.

Helping people to achieve a state of whole health and balance is a goal of both businesses and as sister companies (both owned by Clayton Smith and Shanine Dennill) sitting side by side in Palladium Plaza (corner of Walkers Line and Palladium, just north of Dundas), they offer their clients and customers programs and nutrition that nourishes and heals the body, mind and spirit.

Do you live in the Greater Toronto Area? Have you visited The Naked Sprout yet? Why not schedule your next gathering or lunch with a friend at The Naked Sprout? Then you'll know for yourself just what I'm talking about. Their food is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and organic and, dare I say, DELICIOUS!

Ever tried a yoga or meditation class before?
Did you know that yoga is one of the oldest and most health giving actiivities known to man and it can be done at any age? Begin to transform your life today by taking that first step and experiencing for yourself the amazing transformative powers of yoga at Chrysalis Yoga.
Perhaps I'll see you there! If you drop by as a result of this article and see me in a class, be sure and say hello.

In the meantime, please visit the site below and register to vote for these two wonderful, health-giving businesses. Thank YOU!

I can attest to the fact that they have great food.

So, it's an excellent place just to visit for lunch, even without the lessons.

Jo  I'll have to check out the Naked Sprout next time I'm in Burlington, I also have a vegan friend who would be interested in that to. Hope they both do well in the contest!

Thanks for the post! I will have to try to get to The Naked Sprout when I come to my hometown to visit. Being allergic to wheat and dairy, I'm always looking for something other then Asian food (not that I don't love Asian food).

Thanks again!
